The Mobile Bar

Our trailer was converted with both mobility and functionality in mind; while we are technically compact there is no shortage of countertop space for drink prep or storage for mixes. Most notably, the trailer is outfitted with both a commercial glass door beer cooler and kegerator, this way you can rest assured that your drinks will be served ice cold. Additionally, we feature a fully portable water system complete with a 15-Gallon water tank and holding tank, water pump, and hot water heater to run our sink at each event. This allows us to sterilize our equipment and prep space throughout your event. Our team is ready to bring a unique bar experience to your next event and ensure your drinks flow smoothly.

Step Two

After submitting your inquiry you will receive a quote based on the number of guests, hours of service for your event, bar menu requirements, etc... This is the perfect opportunity to chat with us about any of the finer details you would like included in your mobile bar package; such as signature cocktails, “His and Her’s” cocktails, or a specific theme you are going for.

Step Three

When you have officially decided to lock in your date, we will send you a contract outlining your current event details. Once we have received both a signed contract and a deposit for your event you can sit back and relax!

Step Four

Approximately two months prior to your event we will schedule a consultation where will go over some of your final decisions. During this conversation, we will help you decide on your alcohol shopping list, finalize your bar offerings, confirm your final guest count, and go over any questions you may have.

    4+ hours - Starting at $ 1175 + gst

    6+ hours - Starting at $1325 + gst

    8+ hours - Starting at $1475 + gst

  • Add on's

    Additional bar staff - $30/hour

    Generator rental (fuel included) - $150

    Travel (25 km included) - $1.00/km

  • Signature Drinks

    Add that extra element to your next event by offering signature cocktails. Your guests will love it, and secretly so will your liquor bill. Signature cocktails are a great way to help limit your bar offerings without your guests feeling their options are restricted.

    Pricing is $1.25/guest for each type of cocktail selected. - Ex. 75 guests, 1 signature cocktail = $93.75 fee for the event

  • Stationary Bar

    Some venues just don’t have the room for a mobile bar and thats okay! Our Gold bar is available for rent at your next event. As a standalone rental you are welcome to stock it and staff it however you would like. Perfect for those smaller events, bachelorettes, birthdays and even trade shows
