How it started

My original love for the wedding industry came from working in travel with destination wedding couples. While it was an incredible experience, I was always longing to create something I could offer that was a bit more my own. Naturally, after bartending evenings and weekends for almost 10 years, I knew this business would come natural to me.

Deciding to build a mobile bar was a rather impulsive decision. I talked about it for about 30 seconds and had already convinced myself it was happening. Conveniently, I had the perfect opportunity to make this massive career change in the middle of the 2020 pandemic. Deciding on the type of trailer to use however was much more calculated. From pros and cons lists to even magic 8 balls I spent weeks researching and drawing out designs for each option. My poor friends and family who had to listen to this back and forth decision-making process… horse trailers, vintage campers, tent trailers, vespas, and cargo trailers…. endless options.

While I appreciated the cute rustic charm that came with a converted horse trailer the sizing proved problematic for my big plans of a commercial cooler, running water, and a Kegarator (let alone a couple of bartenders and stock). This is when I seriously started considering a cargo trailer which was a perfect blank canvas. The rest was pretty much full steam ahead. I bought a cargo trailer the next day and began designing my bar layout with masking tape on the floor... two months later and I couldn’t even recognize the trailer in front of me - It was perfect!

I am beyond excited to share my passion for great cocktails and creating one-of-a-kind experiences with all of our clients.
